Does it use Words With Friends tile values?
Yes. For example, J, Q and Z are worth 10, X 8, and K and V 5. A word using all seven tiles adds 35.
How do I enter a blank?
Type ? or a space. Letters played by a blank show in lowercase and score 0.
Does it know my board?
No. It lists words from your letters, with no bonus squares. To see where to play, upload a screenshot to the solver.
Which word list does it use?
The closest public one, since Zynga doesn't publish its own. Now and then the game may turn a word down, with no penalty.
Is it free?
