Terms of use
The short version: use Next Tile to find and learn better moves, don't overload it, and remember it can be wrong.

Using Next Tile
- Next Tile suggests moves. It works out every play from what it reads and the word list, then plays the game ahead to rank them. It can misread a board or a rack, so check the board it shows before you play.
- Play fair. Next Tile never connects to your games. Whether to use help during a live game is between you and your opponent, and some games or events don’t allow it.
- Don’t overload it. No scraping, no automated requests beyond the limits, and no attempts to break or get around them.
Accounts and Pro
- Your account is yours. Keep access to your email: that’s how you sign in.
- Pro renews until you cancel. Stripe bills it monthly or yearly, at the price shown before you pay. Cancel any time from the Pro page, and Pro stays on until the end of the time you paid for.
- Something wrong with a payment? Email hello@nexttile.app.
- The free plan may have a daily allowance, and one ad while the engine works.
The fine print
- No warranty. Next Tile is provided as it is. It’s built to be accurate and to stay up, but it can’t promise to always be right or always be running.
- Limited liability. As far as the law allows, Next Tile isn’t liable for lost games or points, or for indirect losses, and its total liability to you is what you paid it in the last 12 months.
- Not affiliated. Next Tile is independent and isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by the makers of these games. Their trademarks belong to their owners.
- Changes. These terms may be updated, and the date below changes when they are. Using Next Tile after that means you accept them.
