Next Tile reads your board, finds your move and keeps as little as it can. This is exactly what it keeps, for how long, and why.

What Next Tile keeps

Your games, without your name. When you analyze a board, the board, your tiles, the scores and the suggested moves are logged with a random ID your browser makes. Never your screenshot, name or email. The logs are kept for 13 months, to improve Next Tile and compare play across everyone.
Your account, if you make one. Your email address and your plan, and on Pro, when it renews. You sign in with an emailed link, so there's no password to keep.
How many analyses you've run today, for the free plan's daily allowance, deleted after two days. Without an account, they're counted under a scrambled form of your internet address, never the address itself.
Visits, counted by Google Analytics: pages viewed, roughly where from, and the kind of device. Visitors in the EU, the UK and Switzerland get no analytics cookies, and no ad cookies are set for anyone.

Your screenshot. It's read and thrown away. The only screenshots ever kept are the site owner's own, when they switch that on to test the reader.
Your card. Payments for Pro go straight to Stripe. Next Tile never sees your card number.
Anything to sell. Next Tile doesn't sell your information or share it for advertising.

What they send: the board and tiles you ask about, or the screenshot you attach, which is read and thrown away like an upload. Those analyses are logged like the site’s, with no ID at all.
If you sign in through one, it gets access to your Next Tile account: it can see your plan and email address and find moves on your plan. It can't change your account or pay for anything. Unused sign-ins are deleted after 60 days.
The assistant’s own policy covers what it does with your conversation.

Google Cloud and Firebase host the site, the accounts and the logs, in the United States.
Stripe takes payments for Pro.
Google Analytics counts visits.
Ads, if they come: this page will say so first, and visitors in the EU and UK will be asked before any ad cookies are set.

See or delete your account: email hello@nexttile.app from the address you sign in with, and you'll get what Next Tile holds, or it'll be deleted, within 30 days.
Disconnect an assistant by removing Next Tile in that assistant's connector or app settings. Its access ends within the hour.

Next Tile isn’t meant for children under 13, and doesn’t knowingly collect information about them.
